History

The Stockcarteam was founded about 7 years ago. A few stockcarfans from Baarlo bought a secondhand stockcar, with the plan to prepare it and to race on the Dutch ovals. Patrick Peeters (#H2) was chosen to be the drive. the team spended many hours a week in the garage. The first year passed by with lots of fun and several racing "ups and downs" during the races at Circuit Venray.

The second year we decided to build our own stockcar. It took us one full winter to finish it. But in spring Patrick was able to drive his first laps in the Baarlo-made car! With suchs car it was clear it should be possible to get some victories. During the years several top-five cups were taken to Baarlo. Even in "stockcar-heaven England" Patrick got a 5th position in the European Championship in Nordhampton in 2005!

In 2005, Patrick decided to finish his carreer as a F1-driver. So we looked for a new driver, and found on in the person of Gary Castell. This Englishman has many years of experience as F1 driver and had great succes in England and on the former circuit of Baarlo as well.
